Each of DiSTeK™ customers has special needs and requirements. That is why all of our lines are custom built for our clients. Each line is based on a modular platform that allows modification of the line in order to accommodate different levels of atomization and volume capacities. This allows our customers to upgrade their lines in the future without the need to shout down their line for a lengthy period and without incurring unnecessary costs. Most of our lines require only 1-3 people per shift.

This line is recommended for small galvanizing plants with limited variety of items. The line is especially aimed for fasteners and other small threaded items.
 
This line is recommended for high capacity galvanizing plants with big variety of coated items-nails, screws, bolts, etc. Due to its versatility, it is the ideal line for job-shops that need flexibility and versatility in their equipment.
 
This line is recommended for high capacity galvanizing plants with the same type of coated items. The line is based on a semi-automatic furnace.
